Pros
Victory Solar was my first employer and has set a high standard for how a company should be run. Management is very understanding and constantly trying to help their employees achieve more. They value effort and give employees opportunities to move up in the company. The amount of experience I was able to get in the past 6 months is amazing. They also price their PV system justly in an environment where companies are over pricing & over promising. This benefits homeowners & allows the sales team to get out and push systems. Commissioning for the sales team are best in the industry in terms of compensation and the short amount of time that it takes for you to receive that check. Once you start selling the money keeps coming. It's a young company that's being managed by some very experience veterans in the business. They're hiring the right people and assembling an amazing team who's focus is to bring green energy to Texas.
Cons
I just want to start by saying that the last 1 star review is from a former employee that was let go for a specific reason- please take his review of the company with a grain of salt. His way of working with other people is very toxic for a company and his review leaves out his own detrimental actions. Victory Solar does demand a lot of effort from it's employees. This can be seen a negative for some but if you don't mind working then you're golden. You'll really see the fruits of your labor here. If you do start slacking they'll definitely take notice and are not afraid to point it out. If any issues do come about, management handles them a very productive way. They just require good quality communication which is necessary for a company to thrive.
