The Videate team is the most supportive, responsive team I have ever worked with. We are a small team on CS, but everyone rallies to solve problems and support one another. Director of CS is also phenomenal at leading a work-life balance culture and constantly encourages employees to do the things they love to stay healthy and balanced in the world of SaaS.

As a very new toddler-stage start-up, lots of processes are still being developed and the software is still growing. The benefit of that being your voice is heard and everything you do for the company is truly felt, however, there is still lots of vision to capitalize on.

The product itself was really cool and a lot of the people were awesome. I liked that it was fully remote and the sales team was great in the beginning. The leadership in the beginning was awesome too!

The product would glitch a lot and customers would be frustrated... Leadership changed a year into working here and the new leadership made a rough environment. The vibes on the team totally changed once they brought in new leadership in sales and marketing, nothing got done and there was very little training... then they had to do layoffs and that totally changed the environment. Overall it was great at the start, but the last few months were rough. The product is more of a nice to have in this economy and I think that really impacted sales.
