      Pros

      The product sells itself. It’s so innovative and customers are always impressed and relieved that it even exists. Smart and friendly team who are always ready to help out. Fun trips to meet your team. Bi-weekly meetings where you get the opportunity to see how the engineering team continues to develop and improve the product is very interesting and impressive to witness. Very cool to be a part of it all.

      Pros

      The product itself was really cool and a lot of the people were awesome. I liked that it was fully remote and the sales team was great in the beginning. The leadership in the beginning was awesome too!

      Cons

      The product would glitch a lot and customers would be frustrated... Leadership changed a year into working here and the new leadership made a rough environment. The vibes on the team totally changed once they brought in new leadership in sales and marketing, nothing got done and there was very little training... then they had to do layoffs and that totally changed the environment. Overall it was great at the start, but the last few months were rough. The product is more of a nice to have in this economy and I think that really impacted sales.
