- Salary makes to your account in mid of the month - On leaving company dues are not being cleared right away, HR misleads and does not provide any timeline, they try to long the period so that employee should not pursue salary - Poor management, no SOPs or internal structure of communication. - Top level Management wants to control everything - HR department is not employee friendly and does not have any authority as it is controlled directly by bosses - inter-department communication is very poor. - poor spacing, very congested and loud environment - If you are working for the foreign contractors they will call you in gazetted holidays, compensation going to be only an alternative holiday not double paid or 2 days off against as per law.
