one of the worst company .. of the karachi . i have more then 12 year exp i could say i worked for lot of strict companies but this company is top of it .. you will get your salary next month after 15 . loud environment if you resign forget about outstanding dues.. they will never pay you.. treat you like animal .. i would say if you want to suicide join Viftech.

-no job security -they often fire employees normally after each 3 month whom they think they dont have burden and have less work and can safe money and they can assign someone else in extra burden -during covid19 they fired a number of employees and sent a huge number of employees on unpaid leaved forcely -when they have project they offer higher salaries to attract even after bad reputation to get the job done and thrown the tissue papaer -the ceo nazim sir does not understand anything totally nontachnical ask 3 days to be done in 4 hours say each task can be done in just 15 minutes complete apps alpha in one day -you have to sit till 3 and 4 am late night even if you have come at 10:30 in the morning when they have commited wrong timelines by themselves with clients -tracking each and every minute using desktime -no increament until they fire you or if they need you and you apply somewhere and get a better offerletter then they offer equal to that -to much politics between line managers -IT depart is very irresponsible whatever you require you just listen yes yes yes and but not get the work done by them -one employee who is office boy was fired and told after 17 day during covid 19 and then fired not even given that last 17 day salary that has been gone and he was not even told -whoever get fired does not get one month salary even after having permanant status and one month notice period -if you resign they dont clear your remainings even after 2 months
