Pros
Really great place to work. Fun and relaxed atmosphere throughout the organization and I learned a lot from my managers at the time.
Cons
Cannot really think of anything that made it unpleasant. If anything, I would say the fun and relaxed environment maybe came at the cost of professionalism but barely.
