7yFirstly I would like to say what an amazing achievement to have stayed with Virgin active for more than 10 years, thank you for all of your hard work. This industry does have high turnover due to the nature of business, we do however encourage all of our staff to develop themselves in the business with any opportunities they feel is right for them while offering a wide range development courses to enable them to up skill. We are at a strong stage in the business where our offering is growing and appealing to the demands of new and existing members.
