We are constantly reviewing our pay rates to ensure they are in line with industry standard, cost of living and the roles our employees undertake. Due to the nature of the industry, we ask our staff to be flexible with their working hours, which do include early starts, late finishes, weekday and weekend working but we try to be as flexible and accommodating with this in return.
