.Poor pay . Long hours for little reward . Tier system that will change throughout the weeks depending on how many hours you deliver. I had clients that had children, were heads of their own companies and travelled a lot. One week I could be busy but if my clients travelled with work. The tier system would pay me next to nothing. I had private clients outside to help me pay for travel and food and felt like I was paying for the privilege to work there.
