      I truly love the folks I work with. There are lots of really smart and driven folks working here that genuinely make me happy to come to work every day to see them.

      Cons

      High up company leadership is lacking and could use some work to regain the trust of the team. Lots of decisions are being made with poor schedule management and fudged numbers, which usually turns into overworking engineers and other employees to try to fix how the program schedule looks.

      Cons

      Slowly taking away employee's benefit like WFH and required 50 hrs/week. Management is conflicting with each other and made bad decision because of schedule driven or lack of technical knowledge.
