      Incredibly driven founders and senior leaders. Very focused on revenue recognition.

      Cost controls means difficult work-life balance; difficult to do good work without people or resources / infrastructure.

      part of the dell organization and benefits from the large company

      Cons

      company basically fell apart once vmware raised their prices. they were too dependent on one vendor.
