      Pros

      They used to have decent benefits but they cut them out over the years. Their salaries were somewhat competitive but they moved the work to India to save cost

      Cons

      Since I have been with the company, all I seen was job cuts and micro management. They stated out with over 4000 employees at their main location and now have less than 800. All jobs were moved to low cost countries.

      Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

      Cons

      Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
