0% motivation 0% personal growth 0% career evolution It's a pity for this company because it has great potential. CEO is hard person to work with,never cared about his employees and always yells at them and his managers. His managers fear him so the mid-level and low-level stuff struggles through this bullying routine. Many employees that were working for years started to leave one by one because the situation was getting worse and worse.
