      Pays on time The headquarters are amazing Great subject to work with (finance or services)

      0% motivation 0% personal growth 0% career evolution It's a pity for this company because it has great potential. CEO is hard person to work with,never cared about his employees and always yells at them and his managers. His managers fear him so the mid-level and low-level stuff struggles through this bullying routine. Many employees that were working for years started to leave one by one because the situation was getting worse and worse.

      Pays on time Nice offices Good office equipment

      Cons

      No respect for the employees No opportunities for a career path No motivation No HR (no, seriously people, one recruiter it's not an HR Department) Lack of happiness The fear of CEO ( if you are good at your job you would never see him but if you make a mistake be prepared for anything)

      Cool, modern, expensive offices. I don't have anything positive.

      Cons

      The leadership don't know what it wants, which path to follow. They are changing their minds all the time. They don't have any strategy. Waterfall, one is the leader and everyone should follow. Yelling and calling names in a daily base practice
