Glad to have left. Upper management and especially CEO are abysmal - Content Manager Viva.com Employee Review

Poor communication, terrible business sense, bass ackwards marketing logic, CEO of the business is nothing short of a loudmouthed thug. Bullied members of staff to move from London to Milton Keynes, threatening to fire those that don't move, fired the old CMO right in front of us and took away several of my and my colleagues responsibilities. For those looking for opportunities to advance, avoid this company unless you like the idea of potentially being yelled at or eventually being pushed out in spite of your hard work.
