People: The people that work here are genuinely some of the best people I've ever worked with. Office space: There's a lovely office close to Farringdon with plenty of desks, more informal break out areas, a big kitchen and even games. Culture: The company is big on promoting socialising between teams, with lots of great social activities and clubs (if you want to get involved, not compulsory). Recognition: The business works hard to recognise great work, with regular opportunities to nominate your colleagues who go above and beyond for awards. They also give up to 5 extra days of annual leave for long service. Flexible hours: There's a brilliant approach to flexible working, which is becoming increasingly hard to find with some companies. You're able to work from home or from the London office and can also flex your start and finish time to make things like collecting kids from school or going to the gym easier to manage.
