Pros
1) dont have night tele-conf as all the customer are base in malaysia or thailand
Cons
1) Working environment is not good. We have to keep complaining about the toilet only will have imporvement. The basic needs were not taken care by the employer 2) No flexi hours. You need to come in before 9am.
