      Good environment. Lots of opportunity for job training via internal company presentations and classes available to take from UCI extension. People were supportive and answered any questions.

      Cons

      Management issues. Not a clear roadmap for the company, people are rather lost whether their contributions really help the company.

      - Despite its strong position, the company does trim headcount for the sake of efficiency - Work ethic seems complacent, but is offset by company's strong financial standing - Management can be cut-throat, but strong performers usually do well - Salaries are below market rate
