      Financially driven at all levels. R&D regularly tabled for short term profit. Technology purged from upper management.

      Cons

      Bimodal employment reminiscent of airline industry with long term workforce being slowly purged for lower priced salary and large percentage of foreign engineers. All but eliminated healthcare contribution. Constant search for star players instead of star team.
