Pros
None. Growth stunting, soul crushing environment.
Cons
Disparity across benefits and how leadership treats people across the company led to lack of trust in executive team. The support within the company and career trajectory is bias, growth and resourcing is based on following and nepotism versus hard work and ethics. Large promotion of "investing" in DEI through ERGs fully supported through volunteer time and efforts of staff with little to no funding or recongition to employees running them all. Promotes talent by glamorizing partnership with Roux institute but only acknowledges some for grad degree programs and not equal across the org. Promotions come with new titles, more work and the same pay - HR reports back that work overload including coverage on PTO is "expected". Upper management does not provide transparency with job posting - overall lack of equality, does not notify teams of job roles being posted- when qualified internal candidates do apply there is a refusal to offer interviews for positions. There are too many unqualified people in roles that have no experience in policy positions while those who have extensive backgrounds are overlooked when they raise ethical concerns. I do not understand the 5 star reviews on work life balance, my experience was that the workload continued to increase over 4 years by the time I left people were putting in 60 hours or more weekly. Little support, no funding to resource despite massive stats on operational support needed to scale the business. Abusive environments and bad leadership led to a 8 people leaders in the same department leaving within 6 months. Completely unethical business balance of sales, delivery and BSA requirements, most used positions to get things done versus following proper policies, procedure and processes.
