Pros
- Emphasis on tech modernization and stability. Opportunities to work with the latest and greatest technologies - Good work life balance and well planned roadmap and quarterly objectives
Cons
- Engineering pay is not competitive with the engineering model. Hard to hire top talent to begin with, and top performers upskill and then leave - Lack of RSUs/stock options/ESPP for individual contributors. Employees don't have any incentive to be invested in the company's long-term success - Frequent re-orgs with little follow-through - At times tone deaf executive team. Latest example is announcing layoffs along with VP promotions and an ensuing All Hands with a congratulatory tone
