Pros

- It is impossible to be bored at this company. You are constantly challenged and stretched and are always acquiring new skills & new ways to think about things.
Cons
I don't think these are cons, so much as they are things you just need to be prepared for.
- The company is growing so quickly that your to-do list is longer than you are tall. Sometimes this can be challenging but you just have to remind yourself that you ARE making progress and getting better (because you definitely are).
- The work environment is very fast paced, ever-changing, and demanding. As such, you need to be thick-skinned, flexible, and open to learning something new. You also need to be able to work quickly and juggle a lot of priorities. If you lack any of these abilities/qualities, you will have a tough time.
- There are sometimes communication breakdowns. Everyone is working so hard to get everything done that they sometimes don't stop to check with each person that might be impacted.
