Pros
You have a lot of work latitude during your day, to go where you need to go, and do what you need to do.
Some of the co-workers are very good at their job.
Cons
Company notoriously operates on the cheap, so other stations will be able to provide clients with better breaks, gifts, rewards, inducements, etc.
Management micro-manages lists, but are disorganized. You have to ignore a lot of what goes on and just go out and do what you need to do to sell so that you can get paid.
