Ever since Infosys bought the company, things have been going downhill. The acquisition didn't make much sense and they've basically chased off all the clients, trying to replace them with new work for Infosys clients. But they don't know what they're doing and they've been unable to sell much new work. They've also been moving more work offshore and letting people in other regions go.
