Pros
I left my previous company and moved to WTW for better work–life balance. The working culture here is great, and the team I was part of followed Philippine holidays (unlike my previous role, where we observed US holidays), so I no longer missed the most important holidays in the Philippines, especially Christmas and New Year.
Before the pandemic, we already had the option to work remotely once a week. When the pandemic hit, the transition was smooth because we were already used to remote work, and the company provided additional benefits to support the setup.
Even now, I don’t think they have fully returned to the office. If I didn’t need to move to another country, there’s a high chance I would still be working for this company because of the culture and work–life balance.

The average merit increase percentage is lower compared to my previous
