Pros
There were good benefits, including an annual bonus, John Lewis partnership scheme, and good staff discount. The staff in the shop that I worked were friendly, and there was generally a good atmosphere.
Cons
In my opinion the shop was poorly managed, especially the home delivery department, which didn't seem to have any one person responsible for running the department. A lot of the responsibility fell onto the staff working within the department, which was quite stressful at times and caused quite a few staff to end up having time off or changing department.
