Pros
Pay is good, benefits are good as well. Corporate Campus is easy to get to and the facilities are decent.
Cons
Culture is poor. Mediocrity is the norm. You won't find anyone who'd you want to learn/mentor with. The culture would be the complete opposite of Amazon if you are familiar with their culture. All aspects from technology to culture to management style is 10 years behind other Fortune 500 companies. I would not come here if you're looking to challenge yourself or learn the industry. Being the largest Pharmacy Retailer in the world it would be a good stepping stone should you want to get a large company on your resume. Promotions are almost non-existent unless you apply for a position in another department.
