      pay isnt terrible we always had fun with each other(other managers)

      Cons

      no work/life balance...if youre at an overnight store you WILL be working third shift at least once a month depending on how many assistants there are...LIKE IT OR NOT!!!! doesnt really teach the fundamentals of management..its more like a stock person that does exchanges and refunds too

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
