Pros
you learn the ends and outs of a business, from front end to back end which can carry you to any other company. you can obtain a pharmacy tech certification which carries along way as long as you keep it up and do not let it expire.
Cons
no life as a manager. can loose a big time those things that are most important in your personal life. you work 6 days a week and as EXA you are a slave to the work. by the time you get your bonus it doesn't equate to the hours you have put in extra through out the year. so be extra cautious when looking at the EXA position. the managers beneath you make more than you do!
