Pros
I like the computer system. There were different screen icons to view the workload coming in to process. I liked having the drive through during Covid-19 pandemic which limited direct exposure to patient while still helping them. They offered lots of People Plus learning activities to help train staff and prepare them for working in the pharmacy. They emphasize workload balancing to adjust to the number of people working in the pharmacy at any given time.
Cons
Four months into the Covid 19 pandemic they started laying off staff. After the COVID-19 vaccines became available, they stressed the senior techs to become vaccinators, and continued to plan to let more staff go by the Spring of 2021. The remaining staff complained of being very tired on a regular basis.
