      The options to work from home is wonderful. The supervisor I had encouraged your growth within the company. The benefits are descent.

      The pay raise are to low in this economy even with work at home. They cut are bonuses out The perk use to be better.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
