Pros

Great company to have on a resume, should you need to build a career for future opportunities at big Fortune 500 companies to notice you. Benefits are good, decent pay (industry standard) and on-the-lot perks

Cons

Looking at the Sales Department only, this was by far the BEST learning experience for me as to all the things that you should absolutely NOT do in order to run a successful digital sales department. From mis-management of teams due to miscommunication and daily changing objectives with very little follow through to project completion, to favortism and sexism (yes, sadly this was absolutely an old boys club and it kills me to admit it) to management being poorly skilled with little to no previous management experience; ie: complete lack of contacts in order to negotiate deals, lack of creativity in terms of sales strategy and tactics. Kicker to all of this is that most all management worked AT MAXIMUM 25-30 hour work weeks, and were completely checked out during their work day (often times I was put on hold for an important strategy meetings when I could clearly see my boss' computer had both Facebook and personal email accounts open--NOTHING work related!) Back end, none of the technology worked as promised, most all campaigns went to the wayside with finger pointing and blame almost always falling on sales staff to pick up the pieces (read: take the hit both internally as well as damage control with clients to maintain business) Internal teams do not work in tandem with each other, but rather against with the sales staff being enemy #1 (and management never taking charge to amend these relations and/or problem solve to find solutions.) Sales tactics are a slimy, burn-and-turn approach, without a single care for long term relationship growth with its clients. Such a shame as their is such a gravitas associated with working for one of the top entertainment companies in LA. Stuck this out as long as I could (a terrible 2 years) and quit leaving the building running. If you are looking at a sales opportunity here, RUN!!! (Note: in the time I was employed there, a few of us sat down and recorded a shocking 12 person turn over in one year (that's the entire department of people) with a few of them leaving without another job lined up due to the poor working conditions)
