discounts on food, and that is pretty much it.
Cons
customers complain, upper management shows favoritism to certain employees, you get written up just based on customer complaints, hours are long, you never get shown any appreciation for your hard work, the raises are a joke, you never have any performance reviews, you never have any time to do the work that needs to be done, cleaning up after customers. they lie and say that they will reimburse you for tuition and that is false. after I signed up for a class, they said that they couldn't offer tuition reimbursement because I was an "M". complete an utter BS. then they made me miss half of my classes in order to work first shift.
