Pros
Wawanesa really cares about their employees and make sure you are paid competitively. Benefits are wonderful and decently priced. PTO allocation could be better but floating holidays do make up for it.
Cons
Way too much work for one person. Be prepared to be worked. Not much room for promotion but lots of lateral opportunities.
