Pros
The people are unbelievably friendly, helpful and warm. I would hang out with any and all of them on the weekends. They answer questions fully and make sure one knows how to do the job properly. Experience gained is also extremely valuable.
Cons
From the start this company is very misleading. On both interviews (there is a short initial one followed by a full day shadow) they paint a picture of "unlimited growth" and "unlockable potential." They show that you technically can earn bonuses and a decent salary, but no one ever does. Not one time while I was there did someone earn over $700 in a week. They paint a picture of what it could be, but that case is extremely rare. Basically, you have to pay to work there. Gas is not compensated (even though they will paint a picture that it will be). Hours are 8-6. Every expense is on you while every gain is on the company. There is also the misleading claim this company recruits new employees for the company in order to provide experience on training and interviewing for already existing employees. However, they really recruit so heavily because the turnover rate is so unbelievably high that they must recruit 20 a week just to keep the ball rolling. By the time my first two weeks were over, I was surrounded by 50% completely different people than from when I started.
