Join at your own risk!Employees are demotivated .No increments, designation change and possible salary cuts. Your ability at work and merit has no meaning. Discrimination and bias is the new change.A difficult place to work with no direction and selfish people ruling in the new with nepotism in new recent shared service and other hire.To survive you need to be master politician and tie in with yes sir.
