      Pros

      Not really- Company going downhill. In huge debt more than USD $7 billion .Has fired more than 30,000 employees last two years.Offers given may be retracted just as you get ready to join.Hire and fire is the norm at Weatherford Mumbai.

      Join at your own risk!Employees are demotivated .No increments, designation change and possible salary cuts. Your ability at work and merit has no meaning. Discrimination and bias is the new change.A difficult place to work with no direction and selfish people ruling in the new with nepotism in new recent shared service and other hire.To survive you need to be master politician and tie in with yes sir.

      Good work life balance, relax environment, no pressure at work.

      Cons

      Less or no growth. There is no hold from upper management. environment is too relaxed that you'll become lazy. You literally say same status for entire week and no one bothers to check what actually you are doing. Few employees work is only to steel credit of others and pass the tasks like passing the parcel. Deserving candidate not getting rewards because of politics. It's like if you praise you are promoted. If you are working dedicatedly then you bucket will be always full with taks if you are not then you are always in relaxed mode.

      Work from home Allowed to work from any location (Eg. Goa...etc) You just need to attained standup and update...no need to work Be online always

      Cons

      No growth in carrier Management is completly baised No guarantee of pay hike every year Managers work remotely and visit office once in 3 months Employees who pass on informations to managers are given special treatments Those who has zero knowledge on Product are made Product expert Those who has zero knowledge about Scrum are made Scrum Master HR is always busy and has no time for employee and is least bother about whats going on in company. Director of center is always busy in extra circular activity with his specific people.
