Pros
Coworkers are great, most are nice; little office drama. WebMD’s mission is good and teams work hard to make quality content
Cons
Super stingy with the budget; huge pay gaps between individuals with the same role. Management and leadership get the big bucks and everyone else is left to fend for themselves. Leadership is generally very out of touch and lives completely different lives than most everyone at WebMD. Pay really isn’t great here
