Pros
Salary , WFH, PTO were all OK
Cons
This is a toxic company who remain delusional about their value in the marketplace. Clients, and their populations, rarely use the site which results in dismal reporting, and then WebMD looks to their reps to create their value story. A value story that should be created and regularly updated by the company . The truth is, they have no value. They have outdated solutions, outdated internal processes and infrastructure, and an outdated mindset. They are also incredibly cheap. They still use Gmail, expect anyone who travels on company business to use their own personal credit card, and then had the audacity to acquire a company and then lay dozens of folks off after. And, it takes forever to get anything done. There's dismal marketing support as the marketing and value propositions seem as though they were created by a 5th grader. There's no differentiation in value amongst their competitors outside of WebMD being far, far behind their nearest one.
