Fun company to work for if you r located in Portland OR or Indianapolis, IN as those are their 2 hubs.
Cons
Work from home or on site at client locations feels left out from the company culture. The do a lot of events and things in the hub locations. Also there technically is room for growth but it doesn't seem to happen very often and they pay well below market.
