A lot of amentities, but only because you work there night and day. They also include this as part of your compensation negotiation, so it’s more or less factored in to a lower pay. Culture used to be great but company is small and there are major shifts with people coming and going
Cons
No diversity, harsh junior managers, management a little out of touch with what’s really going on
