      Pros

      The clients are generally relaxed and just want to get in and out. Very little emotional demand from the clients.

      Cons

      After speaking with master barbers, I learned that the company has slashed their benefits and non-commission wages since they started. Corporate management of the business lacks professionalism and direction. If they cared about employees it would start with a better wage and better benefits.

      Great people to work with, great clients

      Cons

      You have to hustle your haircuts to make decent money, 10 hour days at 4 days a week is hard work. Salon management wasn’t the best but it also wasn’t the worst. Depends on which location you are at

      Pros

      Coworkers were great, and that’s the main reason I stayed as long as I did.

      Cons

      Management was not understanding. Upper management didn’t care about their employees at all. Treated us like expendable numbers.
