The staff is very diverse in age and personality. There is no real team vibe, and you are always hearing negative complaints from the management. They promise a lot during the interview with little to no follow thru. Serious lack of leadership and training. The scheduling is a mess and the computer crashes several times a week, in the middle of the day when trying to book or check out clients. Even though this is a well known issue the company refuses to pay for a better system and there is no protocol on how to deal with this, or other issues.

1. Managers dont know how to manage at all (very inexperienced and emotion driven when problem solving) they problem solve by putting the victim in the room with the harasser and letting the harasser yell at them. 3. The drama is through the roof. With stations right by the break room clients can hear employees talking bad about eachother durring service. 4. Girls brag about sleeping with clients for tips. 5. Employees are high on the job. 6. Employees borrow tools without asking and never give it back or would leave it a mess for you to clean. 7. Time off is such a hassle, good luck trying to go on vacation. You are made to feel horrible about even calling out sick. 8. If you dont have children at home you are made to feel very bad about not covering a shift and often try to guilt you. 9. Sanitation is not practiced here. They use the same straight razor blade on multiple clients before changing it because they don't order enough blades. 10. Always out of beard lube and shaving supplies for the neck shaves, leaving barbers fighting over who took their bottle. 11. They play the favoritism game. I can keep going but theres no point, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
