Fun company - Licensed Cosmetologist Weldon Barber Employee Review

Weldon is a great company. When there were things that I felt like could be improved, management really listened to me and helped make those changes! Small family company with amazing clients and employees to work with as well.

Would like a few more product offerings for customers that has specific hair needs.

Coworkers were great, and that’s the main reason I stayed as long as I did.

Management was not understanding. Upper management didn’t care about their employees at all. Treated us like expendable numbers.
