Pros
- Good food - In the competitive salary range - Salary in USD - Mostly helpful and good colleagues - In my team, work pressure is not that high - You get involvement in the whole SDLC process and you have rapid career development for the first 1-1.5 years. - Excellent place to work for girls, everyone is very respectful. Although this is coming from a guy, so take it with a grain of salt. - Not everyone gets it, but I got sizeable increments every six months.
Cons
- The management tries to micromanage people sometimes. Specially those who are new. - Semi corporate culture, you have to be on time, write reports, etc. - You have to sign service contracts a lot. As a trainee you have to sign a legal document where you declare that you are going to stay for 2 years. - They become your enemies when you try to leave the company
