Brilliant investors, supported with inhouse research to rival tier 1 sell side research coverage. Strong CEO. 'Investment Boutiques' within a large investment platform is interesting but results in overlaps in style. Highly organised.
Cons
Consenus driven decison making and time wasiting and elongated process. Typical US firm, can take an NFL style approach to team play. Mechanistic feel to style of work, and overzealous focus on sales data, rather than quality of solutions selling. Internal thurst for admin tasks.
