The recruiter I worked with in helping me land my new job was leaps and bounds the best I've ever dealt with! He was not only very personable (and not in a used car salesman way), but also had in-depth knowledge regarding the technical nuances of the position I was being recruited for, along with keen insights on the unique upside the opportunity presented. Besides keeping me very much in-the-loop and being quick to respond to questions or other needs throughout the process, the recruiter earned my trust by finding the RIGHT role for me based on my personal and professional interests, rather than just throwing buzzwords at me without knowing the actual scope of the role itself.
