Collaborative work environment. Many employees including me reports that coworkers are supportive and teamwork is common, especially when working in production or laboratory settings.

Work requires strong attention to detail.

The culture and management are all awesome, and working there was always a joy. I miss everyone I worked with. As an entry level employee, there's a lot to learn and you can work with a large array of technologies to gain experience. There is a lot of support to learn and grow early on. The company is doing well and will no doubt continue to grow.

The pay isn't the best. This place is great to learn as an entry level employee, but you have to leave to continue your career and to get a significant pay bump.
