Expect to be treated like garbage, overworked and underpaid
Pros
You could bring your dog if absolutely necessary. That's about it on the positives
Cons
There is a serious disconnect between upper management and the actual staff. The upper management is absolutely condescending and treats everyone like they are below them. Everyday was stressful and overwhelming. There's no opportunity for growth and this place will pay you the bare minimum. They intentionally seek out fresh college grads so that they can be underpaid knowing full well that the longevity of that individual is at most 2 years of employment. This company is totally ok with being simply a stepping stone for beginners because they would rather not pay what anyone with experience actually deserves. The entire company has a clique vibe and if you're not exactly aligned, you will never fit in. It was the most awkward and uncomfortable environment for employment I have ever worked in.
