Pros
Working at the Westin Ottawa (Canada) was great. Managers were helpful and always there to coach you through any difficulties at work. I was able to get cross trained in other departments to get a better understanding of how each department operates.
Cons
Sometimes Front Office managers get lazy, make you do their work.
